Preparing for your trip to Camp Eunice

What to bring?

  • Bible, pencil, pen, notebook, paper
  • Bedding–pillow, sheets, blanket (A/C gets cool at night.)
  • Personal items–toothbrush, soap, shampoo, towels, deodorant, etc.

What not to bring?

  • Radios, personal stereos, CD players, cards, comic books, games, cell phones, lincs, or pagers
  • Clothing in contrast with camp rules (gym shorts, spandex anything – tight fitting clothing is not appropriate, strapless dresses
  • Attitudes

Campers are asked to bring enough clothes to last for five days.

Shorts or skorts may be worn throughout the day under the following conditions:

  • Shorts or skorts must be no shorter than 5 inches above the knee and should not be tight fitting. (Dresses should be modest, too.)
  • Anyone wearing shorts must have shorts approved by a counselor before leaving the dorm. If counselor does not approve, the camper will be asked to change.

Wednesday Evening Dress Up for evening meal and chapel. Girls must wear dress pants, dress, or skirt. Boys must wear dress pants and button up shirt. Shirts must come below the top of your pants. No bare midriffs when standing or sitting will be allowed. ONE PIECE SWIMSUIT ONLY!!! Each camper should bring a pair of jeans or long pants.

Parents are asked to check clothes before sending the campers from home to insure that all clothes meet the regulations. Girls are not allowed to wear spaghetti straps.
